Event List for Destination Old Town Bridlington this December!

A New Group has Formed Recently in Bridlington, called Destination Old Town (D.O.T for short)! The Group consists of Small Business Owners who Live in Old Town, who celebrate the Arts, Culture and Heritage of Bridlington Old Town.

D.O.T have decided to light up Old Town throughout December, promoting the events that will be happening throughout the month, hoping it will create a thriving community in appreciation of the uniqueness in Old Town.

The Events Taking Place Throughout December:

Friday 1st December

Free Pantomime (3, 20minute, performances at 5.30/6.30/7.30) See posters for details.

Morris Dancers to perform from 5.00 at the Bayle, moving along the High Street, calling at the Queens Hotel and ending at The Pack Horse in Market Place.

The Christmas Tree will be lit at the corner of Gordon Road. Festive window displays.

Friday 8th December

Free Pantomime (Three 20 minute, performances at 5.30/6.30/7.30pm)

Bestworth House – Singing in the Hall

Festive food in restaurants

Steampunk Streetwalk

Friday 15th December

Burlington Children’s Choir singing around the Christmas Tree

Children’s Treasure Hunt (winners revealed on the following Friday 22nd Dec)

Drive by Santa, cruising round the Old Town with motorcycle escort

Friday 22nd December

Bestworth House – Singing in the Hall Lantern walk from the Old Town Optometrists/Christmas Tree, to the Priory ending with carol singing and thanks on the green in front of the Priory.

Drive by Santa may put in an appearance.
