CCTV FOOTAGE: MAN ARRESTED ON FIREARMS OFFENCE IN POLICE CAR BEFORE THE INCIDENT.
Robert Welsh, The Suspect in a Firearm Incident Outside of Apollo at 4am on November 12th was Caught on CCTV Hours Before at an Incident on Marshall Avenue, Bridlington.
CCTV Recorded him Seemingly Trying to Stop an Altercation Between a Man and a Woman on the 11th November at approximately 7:50pm.
The Unidentified Man in the Red Cap was Recorded Damaging a local Woman's Car, when Mr. Welsh (In the Dark Jacket) was Seen getting involved in the event, by seemingly trying to break up the argument between Man and the Woman, resulting in taking a few kicks from the Man, causing him to retaliate.
Not long after the Altercation came to an end, with the Police coming to the scene at around 8:05pm and taking the Man in the Red Cap away in a Police Vehicle at around 8:15pm. The Footage ended at around 8:15pm with Mr. Welsh, the Woman and the Police Officers stood around the damaged Car, with Mr. Welsh and the Woman being taken away from the scene by the Police, most likely for questioning.
Then Hours Later the following Morning at 4am, Mr. Welsh was taken as Suspect by Armed Police for the Firearm Incident that Occurred outside Apollo, being charged with the Possession of a Shotgun or Imitation firearm with the Intent to Cause Harm or Fear at a Hearing on November 13th.
He Pleaded Not Guilty to the Offense, but is still in Custody and will be appearing in Hull Crown Court Next Month.
